Svea Vaccin and Vif Research and Travel Grant – 2022

Svea Vaccin and Världsinfektionsfonden announce a research and travel grant for young researchers of up to 25,000 SEK for research on tuberculosis vaccines. Indirect costs are not allowed.

The research/travel may include the development of new tuberculosis vaccine candidates and adjuvants, markers for vaccine-induced immune responses, preclinical and clinical studies.

The work is expected to take place during 2023. The applicant is supposed to be registered at a Swedish university, at least at the master’s level or Ph.D. level.

Deadline 30 September 2022.

The application should include the research/travel plan and budget, and must be formatted as follows:

  • No longer than two (2) pages
  • 12-point font
  • Single line spacing
  • Arial or Times New Roman font

Successful applicant will receive funding in December 2022 and is expected to write a 1-2 page travel report for Vif that may be used for communication purposes at www.vif.se.
